Abbey Laurel-Smith, a cloud capitalist at ChowBanQ’s online “palm” banking system, plans to rebuild New York City by putting New Yorkers first.
In 2013, he promised full power of technology to change the city. Now 2025, he says, “blockchain backing up policy instruments will bring about low inflation, and generate new revenues from areas that only needed something as simple as an upgrade.”
