Harold lives with his husband in Carnegie Hill. He graduated from the University of Houston (B.A.) and the University of Houston Law Center (J.D.). He has been a legal aid lawyer, court attorney in Family Court, and principal law clerk to Chief Judge Judith S. Kaye. For the past 15 years, Harold has been a jurist as a support magistrate and a special referee, presiding over thousands of hearings. As a jurist, Harold provides compassionate justice by ensuring litigants are heard and understood, shown respect, and given dignity.
