Cristina Fontanelli is an award-winning opera singer and nonprofit founder whose more than 35-year career reflects a deep and sustained commitment to civic leadership. Her work has consistently focused on expanding access to the arts for children, seniors and the underserved communities demonstrating organizational leadership and a strong sense of public service. Her platform as a political candidate (Independent SAVE NYC party line) emphasizes public safety, support for small businesses, accessible health care for seniors, investment in the arts and education for children, and practical, fiscally responsible measures to reduce the cost of living and expand affordable housing.
