Great Neck Village board tables development changes, approves Hatzolah parking

The Village of Great Neck Board of Trustees discussed several development and quality-of-life matters Tuesday, Aug. 18, including applications involving two Middle Neck Road properties, a request from Hatzolah, a volunteer emergency medical response group, for a dedicated parking space and enforcement of the village’s garbage-container regulations.

The board heard an application concerning 846 Middle Neck Road, the site of a previously approved 23-unit multifamily residential condominium development proposed by Roka Capital LLC. The village approved the development in 2025.
