Great Neck Plaza Board of Trustees approves conditional use permits for two businesses

Joseph Yoon and Zhou Xi received conditional use permits for their businesses at the Great Neck Plaza Board of Trustees meeting last night. 

Yoon, co-owner of Hey Yogurt, first opened the chain’s location on 3 Great Neck Road in June 2024. The drinkable yogurt business has been temporarily closed since then. The permit will now allow Yoon to operate the business as Emack and Bolio’s Ice Cream Shop.
