Ryder Kessler is a child of lower Manhattan: a gay kid born at St. Vincent’s who played basketball at Tony Dapolito and got his Bar Mitzvah cake at Veniero’s. He’s spent his life here – and his career expanding opportunity and strengthening democracy. He’s led Democratic campaigns to fight Trump’s agenda, specializing in voter protection. On Community Board 2 and through his local nonprofit, Ryder works with neighbors to deliver affordable housing, tackle homelessness, and improve quality of life – and he started our district’s Hands Off NYC chapter to coordinate response to ICE. He’s running to lower our costs and defend our rights.
