Brian Romero (D) (WF)

Candidate Site

A Democratic socialist member and top-tier Working Families Party (WFP) candidate, Brian Romero is a trained social worker and Queens native who grew up in NYCHA public housing with a long history of organizing and public service. Romero’s top priorities include protecting immigrant and LGBTQ communities by passing the New York For All Act, fully funding universal childcare, passing a $30 living wage, passing the New York Health Act for universal health care, and taxing the rich.
