Scott Joyner is an independent candidate running for mayor. A lifelong New Yorker and dedicated public servant, Joyner is committed to putting NYC residents first by prioritizing government transparency, fiscal responsibility, and real solutions for working-class families. His platform includes reforming city agencies for efficiency, expanding trade schools, improving public safety through accountability, and creating economic opportunities through job training and business retention initiatives. Joyner’s bold vision includes a publicly owned NYC cannabis farm, World’s Fair Market and affordable housing for city workers. He offers a grassroots approach and a promise to cut his own salary to prove his commitment.
