Town of Oyster Bay gives approvals to Hicksville mall as it seeks redevelopment

The Oyster Bay Town Board has paved the way for the Broadway Commons Mall in Hicksville to undergo a major renovation after approving several variances at the Tuesday, Aug. 11, town board meeting.

The board unanimously approved two resolutions granting several variances related to parking locations, exceeding a building height of 35 feet, and expanding hours of operation.
