Vice President JD Vance targets Suozzi, backs LiPetri at Bethpage rally

United States Vice President JD Vance praised Nassau County’s law enforcement efforts, criticized Democratic leaders in New York and Washington, and campaigned against U.S. Rep. Tom Suozzi while endorsing Republican congressional candidate Mike LiPetri during his visit to Bethpage on Wednesday, June 17.

The event, which took place at Gold Coast Studios, drew local Republican elected officials, law enforcement leaders and supporters from across Long Island. Speakers before Vance included Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman, U.S. Rep. Nick LaLota and LiPetri.
