Micah Lasher is running for Congress to breathe new life into the Democratic Party and get things done that improve the lives of New Yorkers.
Micah is currently a member of the State Assembly, where he has emerged as the legislature’s most outspoken voice on the use of state power to respond to the Trump Administration. Throughout his three decades of public service, Micah has played a key role in passing landmark legislation to strengthen gun control, raise the minimum wage, combat discrimination, and protect consumers.
Micah and his wife live on the Upper West Side with their three children.
