He’s running for re-election to get justice for vulnerable New Yorkers, tackle corruption and wealth inequality, and defend our democracy against authoritarianism. Dan has spent his entire career as a public servant holding the powerful accountable, including as lead counsel of the first impeachment of Donald Trump. While in office, Dan has been a creative, aggressive, and unyielding progressive fighter. Dan spends his spare time raising his five children and rooting for the Knicks and Liberty.
