Candidate: New York City Council / District 46

Athena Clarke (R)

Candidate Site

Athena Clarke, a former New York City tenured teacher terminated without due process for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine, is running for City Council in District 46. Like many who were considered working class heroes during the pandemic, she was abandoned by the Democratic Party machine shortly thereafter when the mandates were put into place. Her aim is to restore personal freedoms, curb government overreach, and prioritize the rights of hardworking New Yorkers from the local level.
