Joseph Saladino has raised 77-times more than Oyster Bay opponent

The spending race between the two Oyster Bay Town supervisor candidates is not close, with the Republican incumbent Joseph Saladino having raised more than 77-times the amount that Democratic challenger James Hoyle has, but both candidates are feeling confident about where they stand months away from the November election.

Saladino’s re-election campaign has raised $1,164,351.19 through July 15, while Hoyle has raised $15,080.38 through July 16, according to the state Board of Elections
