U.S. Department of War signs lease at Carle Place building

The Department of War has signed a 10-year lease for office space in Carle Place, according to Lee & Associates, the real estate firm that represented the federal agency in the deal.

The Department of War will take over a 23,600-square-foot space at 1 Old Country Road and is expected to take occupancy in early 2027, according to Kelly Koukou of Lee & Associates NYC, who represented the property’s landlord, DBD Realty Group, in the lease deal.
