Russell Gardens Mayor David Miller enhances community during years of service

Russell Gardens Mayor David Miller has been involved in improving the village since he moved there 43 years ago from Douglas Manor, beginning with his work with the homeowners’ association.

“When I moved in, they operated all the recreational facilities of the village,” Miller said. “It was a very robust organization. I eventually became the chair of the pool committee.”
