Dr. Julie Milner, Esq. is a civil and constitutional rights attorney who manages her own small firm; serves as arbitrator for the Attorney Client Fee Dispute program in Queens Civil Court; and is also an education professor and doctoral dissertation advisor at Long Island University. A fiercely independent reformer, Julie is running for Queens Civil Court Judge in the Democratic Primary to ensure democracy through a free and fair election. She strongly believes our judges must be elected rather than selected
