Christian is a community organizer and a democratic socialist running to represent Bushwick and East New York in the State Assembly. He’s running because the status quo is suffocating us. We live in the wealthiest city on Earth, and yet a quarter of New York families live in poverty. Every year, the wealthy accumulate more and more power while working people are forced to compete for scraps. We have the power to build a city where everyone has access to housing, healthcare, safety, and dignity, but to do it we need an assembly member who is present and accountable.
