Candidate: New York City Council / District 08

Rosa Diaz (D)

Candidate Site

Since before she was a parent, the urge to speak up on behalf of others was something Rosa Diaz truly enjoyed. From translating for her family, to searching for the best possible solutions to other people’s problems, for almost two decades, Rosa has been advocating tirelessly for what is right for all children. The more knowledge she has, the easier it is for her to support others in need – in areas including Affordable Housing, Quality Education, and Immigration reforms; ones that support people, rather than hurt them.
