He is the district manager for Brooklyn Community Board 9. He began as an AmeriCorps at NYC Department of Homeless Services, assisting high school students in shelters with college applications. He later worked in constituent services for Council Member Moya, improving residents’ quality of life. At NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development, he handled complaints and processed housing assistance applications. A Crown Heights resident, he holds a B.A. in political science and an M.P.A.. He serves on the NYC Transit Riders Council and Neighborhood Advisory Board 08 and is an Eagle Scout.
