Rachel Storch (D)

Candidate Site

Rachel Storch is a 4th-generation New Yorker who has been raising her four children on the Upper East Side for the past fifteen years and is now running for City Council. Rachel brings 25 years of experience as a legal aid attorney, deputy chief of staff in the U.S. Senate, and as a three-term state legislator. Since returning to NYC fifteen years ago, Rachel has served as the COO at 5th Avenue Synagogue and worked for the 92nd St. Y. Rachel is running to make the city a safer and more affordable place to live for every New Yorker.
