José Negroni

José Negroni is the former communications director for the Andrew Cuomo-aligned Build Up NYC, a coalition of unions. He is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College and Columbia University. He lives in New York City, where he serves as a professor at Medgar Evers College, CUNY.
