Jamie Kemmerer

A small business owner for over 15 years, James Kemmerer and his wife Elisha live in Bay Ridge and are the proud parents of two young boys. A problem-solver by profession, in the wake of Hurricane Sandy, James and Elisha worked tirelessly as volunteers providing food relief and helping with demolition. In 2014, James was the Democratic nominee for New York State Senate in Brooklyn’s 22nd District receiving over 10,000 votes. He continues to work on policy and advocacy for families affected by Sandy.
