Charlene Nimmons is the Principle/Founder for Public Housing Communities, Inc.(PHC). She is the former 12-year president of the Wyckoff Gardens Associations Inc. and served as the vice chair of NYCHA’s Brooklyn West Council of Presidents from 2007-13. She is a longtime resident of NYCHA’s Wyckoff Gardens.
