Caple G. Spence is the Executive Director of the Local Development Corporation of Crown Heights, Inc. Caple’s tenacity and perseverance has resulted in LDCCH undertaking several major housing development projects, such as the $25 million renovation of the David Chavis Senior Housing apartment complex, $31 million to build the Kings County Senior Residence and $44 million to build the Crown Heights Senior Residence.
