As early voting is currently underway for the mid-term elections on Nov. 3, New York Attorney General Letitia James on Tuesday, Oct. 27, reminded New Yorkers that military troops and armed federal officers, including agents with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), are not allowed at polling places under state and federal law.
