Hamptons Village Raise Awareness for ‘Skip the Stuff’ Plastics Law

Five Hamptons villages are ramping up efforts to get the word out about its “Skip the Stuff” law, after they passed the measure discouraging restaurants from wasting single-use plastic utensils.

The law requires Sag Harbor and East Hampton village restaurants to provide disposable utensils, napkins, straws, and condiment packets only upon request, rather than automatically including them with takeout orders.
