Both the Westbury and Carle Place School Districts will receive hundreds of thousands of dollars in county funding for projects at multiple school buildings.
Nassau County Legislator Viviana Russel, who represents both the Westbury and Carle Place communities, announced the county legislature approved a $200,000 Community Revitalization Project grant for the Carle Place School District and two Community Revitalization Project grants totaling $251,562.90 for the Westbury School District at its session on Monday, July 27.
