Long Island Select Healthcare awarded $2.3 state grant

New York State Office of People With Developmental Disabilities Commissioner Willow Baer toured Long Island Select Healthcare at its Central Islip headquarters on Monday, June 1, and announced a $2.338.753 grant to the organization, which is observing its tenth anniversary.  

LISH Care is a 16-specialty Article 28 Federally Qualified Health Center and a NYS Article 16 Rehabilitation Clinic. More than 60% of the LISH Care patient profile is people with developmental disabilities, autism, and special needs. In addition to the Central Islip headquarters, LISH Care has clinical sites in Hauppauge, Smithtown, Center Moriches, Port Jefferson Station, Manorville, and Riverhead.
