While Riverhead Town Supervisor Jerry Halpin announced during a two-minute, pre-recorded video message that the Town of Riverhead’s recently released 2025 Annual Financial Report showed approximately $5 million in revenue and investment gains, he also shared plans to offer new early retirement incentives.
In what he says is an effort to provide tax savings for residents, Halpin is proposing the Early Retirement Incentive Program for eligible CSEA, PBA and SOA employees.
