Sunnyside Community Services (SCS) will host a forum Wednesday night for candidates running to succeed U.S. Rep. Nydia Velázquez in New York’s 7th Congressional District (NY-7).
All four candidates running in the district will take part in the forum, including Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso, Council Member Julie Won, Assembly Member Claire Valdez and Vichal Kumar, a public defender and civil rights attorney.
