The Great Neck Estates Board of Trustees voted Monday, May 11, to reopen the public hearing next month on the proposed 65-unit condominium development at 200 Middle Neck Road after the developer submitted a revised incentive proposal tied to village tax revenues.
The board unanimously agreed to reopen the hearing at its June 8 meeting to consider the proposal from 200 MNR SUN LLC, which would add an “additional incentive fee” beyond the previously offered $1.5 million payment to the village.
