Congestion pricing: Trump admin appeals federal judge’s ruling halting its efforts to end Manhattan toll program

The Trump administration still has congestion pricing in its crosshairs, even after a federal judge shut down its effort to kill the tolling program earlier this year.

U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) Secretary Sean Duffy, via the Justice Department, on Friday filed a notice of appeal to U.S. District Judge Lewis Liman’s March 3 decision in favor of the MTA.
