CM Ariola hosts Queens Symphony Orchestra at Russo’s On The Bay in Howard Beach for ‘A Night at the Opera’

On Monday, April 27, Council Member Joann Ariola welcomed the Queens Symphony Orchestra to Howard Beach‘s Russo’s On The Bay for “A Night at the Opera.” More than 200 opera aficionados attended the annual concert, which featured an array of renowned operatic works performed live in South Queens.

“Access to the arts should never be out of reach,” said Ariola in a statement. “Supporting the Queens Symphony Orchestra and organizing events like ‘A Night at the Opera’ allows us to bring high-quality performances directly into our neighborhoods, and gives residents the opportunity to experience live music close to home.”
