The Floral Park Board of Trustees voted to approve a special use permit for a below-grade parking facility for the proposed Stella-Cerrone apartment development at its Tuesday, April 21 meeting.
Mayor Kevin Fitzgerald said the application will still need several rounds of approval from the village board, the zoning board and the architectural review board. Future decisions will decide on the building’s height, occupancy and design.
