The Village of Great Neck Board of Trustees postponed a scheduled public hearing on the 2026-;27 budget, approved additional spending on the new village hall project, and adopted changes to senior tax exemption rules on April 14.
The meeting agenda listed a public hearing on the upcoming village budget, but the trustees instead voted to open the hearing and immediately adjourn it to the next meeting on April 21. Officials said the budget will be finalized at that time.
