The Oyster Bay Town is settling housing discrimination lawsuits brought against the town by the state and the federal government over a decade ago, which challenged housing programs that gave priority to town residents.
The town board unanimously approved two settlements as part of the resolution calendar at its Tuesday, April 14, meeting.
