Addressing the dangers of distracted driving

The enforcement effort, known as “Put the Phone Away or Pay,” began on Monday, April 6, and ran through Monday, April 13. During this time, state troopers conducted targeted enforcement details focused on drivers using electronic devices while driving, state police said.
