CM Holden applauds initiative to combat ‘growing menace’ of illegal scooters and mopeds in Glendale and Ridgewood

Council Member Robert Holden praised the success of a recent operation targeting illegal scooters and mopeds, which took place on Nov. 19.

The operation was a collaboration between the Queens District Attorney’s office, the NYPD’s 104th Precinct, the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (NYS DMV), and the New York State Police.
