Carolyn Kerr is a government affairs professional and the health care practice lead for New York lobbying firm Brown & Weinraub. She assists clients with everything from specific projects to broad-based policy implementation, drawing on a skillset that she developed during her time in the counsel’s office for former New York governor George Pataki.
