Marty got his start in real estate early – as a freshman in college in fact! His early experience being both homeowner and landlord led to a long and successful career in development. But there is one project Marty is still waiting to see finished: World Trade Center, the completion of which will mark a victory in development, but more importantly a victory for all New Yorkers.
