Assemblywoman Nily Rozic and Korean American Family Services Center will host a pop-up service to get the word out about the Emergency Rent Assistance Program and other COVID-19 relief resources in Fresh Meadows this Wednesday, Aug. 11.
Translation services will be available at the event. The event starts at 8:30 a.m. outside the Fresh Meadows Management Office at 188-02 64th Ave.
Fresh Meadows has seen substantial transmission of COVID-19 with 96 new cases per 100,000 people in the last week. However, 71.47 percent of people in Fresh Meadows have received one dose of the vaccine, compared to the Queens vaccination rate of 67.79 percent.
