We here at New York County Politics would like to wish all of our readers a happy Thanksgiving.

With that said, we realize that this year’s Thanksgiving will be bittersweet for most. Most of us won’t have the chance to gather around the table with our extended families, as we usually do. And in such troubling times, it can be difficult to find anything to be thankful for. But as we enter what’s sure to be a difficult winter, remember this; we made it through the first wave of COVID-19, and if we all band together and persevere, we can do it again. We’re New York tough.

NYCP will be taking off tomorrow and Friday. We will resume our regular schedule on Monday, Nov. 30.
