U.S. Rep. Hakeem Jeffries today gave an impassioned speech on the floor of the House of Representatives in support of the $3 trillion Heroes Act, a bold legislative initiative introduced by House Democrats to address the coronavirus pandemic.
Jeffries is chairman of the House Democratic Caucus and sits on the Judiciary and Budget Committees.
