Since former City Councilman James E. Davis was assassinated at City Hall in 2003, his brother Geoffrey Davis has carried on his legacy through the James E. David Stop Violence Foundation, which has brown into a national movement.
Yet, Geoffrey Davis remains close to his Crown Heights roots that has come far from when there were shooting every day.
