Freshman Assembly Member Robert “Bobby” Carroll (D-Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, Kensinton, Ditmas Park) is starting to assert himself as a young lawmaker on the move.
Carroll has already introduced several pieces of legislation concerning election law and voting rights, and has been vocal on a number of issue. Check out this video where he speaks in favor of instituting a congestion pricing plan with the revenue going to fund better subway service.
