Candidate: US Senate / Class 1

Diane Sare (I)

Candidate Site

A classical trained musician, Diane Sare worked with 1988 Presidential candidate Lyndon LaRouche for 32 years, until his death in 2019.

In her 2022 race against Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, Sare became the first and only statewide Independent candidate in New York to secure the onerous new 45,000 signature requirement established in 2020 to restrict independent candidates from getting on the ballot.

Sare considers herself one of the few “peace candidates” running for federal office in 2024, and believes that the United States must return to its American revolutionary anti-colonial identity.
