Karines Reyes is a registered nurse and NYS assembly member serving the Southeast Bronx neighborhoods of Parkchester, Castle Hill, West Farms & Westchester Square since 2018.
She has passed 30+ unique laws to help working class families and seniors thrive. As a union member, she has passed laws to increase wages and benefits standards for working people. Karines has used her experience as a mother and former trade unionist to promote equity and justice for her constituents.
She has resided here with her husband and two sons. Karines also identifies as an Afro-Latina, of Dominican and Puerto Rican-Descent.
