Jeannine Kiely (D)

Candidate Site

Jeannine Kiely, a former leader in nonprofit healthcare finance with decades of experience in local leadership, is running to represent District 66. A former chair of Manhattan Community Board 2 and current elected democratic district leader, she co-founded the Literacy Academy Collective, opening New York City’s first two public schools for students with dyslexia. Kiely has delivered tangible wins in affordable housing and public education, earning a broad coalition of endorsements, including Representative Jerry Nadler, State Senator Brad Hoylman-Sigal, Council Member Christopher Marte and Assemblymember Deborah Glick.
