Williams gets endorsements from NYC Council, NYS Assembly members

Jay Jacky Wong is the Democratic district leader for Assembly District 65, Part B. He immigrated to New York 25 years ago and has lived and worked in the district ever since.
He spent over a decade as a journalist covering local issues, gaining firsthand insight into inequality and neighborhood challenges. He later served as director at a nonprofit, managing a federally funded senior housing.
Jacky also served on Community Board 3, where he chaired the Land Use Committee. He has organized multiple immigration legal workshops for NYCHA residents and vulnerable communities in response to recent federal immigration policy changes.
